What we mean by private label / OEM
Radiant is a factory-direct manufacturer, not a catalog trader. We work with beauty brands, clinics, distributors, and retailers who sell under their own brand. That means your logo on the device, packaging, and manual — not anonymous white-label units that can appear anywhere at any price.
Just to be clear upfront: our factory mainly supports private label / OEM orders. To protect product quality, brand traceability, and market pricing, all bulk orders need to be produced with the customer’s own logo.

A trader can quote any quantity because it is reselling someone else’s box. A factory that prints your logo, runs QC against a golden sample, and issues SKU-matched CE/FCC/RoHS files needs a minimum batch size to do that properly.
Sample first, then bulk — how the path works
- Paid sample (logo print free): Order one MMZ01 sample with your logo on the device and/or box. You pay the sample unit and courier; logo printing is included at no extra artwork fee.
- Quality check: Weigh, test light modes, flex the silicone, verify print alignment, and sign off the unit as your golden sample.
- Bulk after approval: Once you are satisfied, production follows private-label MOQ from 200 pcs — every unit with your logo, packaging matched to the approved sample.

Who this model fits — and who it does not
Good fit: Brands, med spas, salons, and distributors with a sales channel who plan to sell under their own logo and can move from sample approval to a bulk private-label order at MOQ 200.
Poor fit: One-by-one dropshipping, anonymous bulk with no logo, or buyers who only want a price list without a brand plan. Pure dropshipping is not our main model because we cannot control traceability or market pricing on unbranded one-offs.

Why do LED face mask factories require MOQ?
Private-label and OEM factories run real production lines — molding, assembly, logo print, packaging, and QC. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) spreads setup cost, keeps batch quality consistent, and ties every unit to a branded production run. Radiant’s standard private-label MOQ is 200 pcs; all bulk units ship with the customer’s logo.
Can I order bulk LED face masks without my own logo?
No for private-label bulk orders. Radiant mainly supports private label / OEM programs where every bulk unit carries the customer’s logo for quality traceability, channel protection, and market-pricing control. Anonymous unbranded bulk is not our main model.
Do I need to wait until bulk to print my logo?
No. You can print your logo on the sample stage — logo printing is included at no extra artwork fee; you pay the sample unit and courier. After you approve the sample, bulk production follows the private-label MOQ with your logo on the mask, box, and manual.
Is the sample free?
The sample unit is paid (plus courier). Logo printing on the sample is free. Samples are for quality checking before you commit to bulk — not a giveaway policy. After sample approval, the first bulk order follows MOQ 200 with your logo.
What happens after I approve the sample?
The approved unit becomes your golden-sample reference for bulk QC. Your first bulk order is produced at private-label MOQ (200 pcs standard) with your logo on every unit, packaging aligned to the approved sample, and SKU-matched compliance files for your PO.
